Off the top of my head, I can think of Collier West, on Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn, who have a rotating selection of artists who’ve come to NYC to produce their art. Also Picture Room, on Atlantic near Hicks, which specializes in a well-curated selection of drawings, prints, and protest art, all of which are new, hot, and affordable.

6sqft, since you purport to be up on architecture and development in nyc, I expect better information and more support for our urban retail.
